Teen Advisory Groups

Our Teen Advisory Groups are currently meeting via Zoom.

81st Avenue

Represent East Oakland! Have your voice heard. Get community service hours. Gain leadership skills for college apps and job resumes. Have fun and make new friends. The 81st Avenue Branch Teen Advisory Board meets the 3rd Saturday of every month, 11:30-12:30. Lunch served. The Asian Branch Teen Advisory Group (TAG) meets to express ideas, organize upcoming teen activities, and suggest new teen programs for the branch. They also help to choose library materials, and decorate the teen area of the library. TAG members can earn community service hours and meet new friends.

Join the Dimond Teen Advisory Board and get involved with library projects, help plan programs, meet other teens and earn community service credit. We meet once a month on the second Saturday at 11:00am. Do you like to volunteer in the library, meet new friends, and plan new library activities with other teens?  Please join the Rockridge Teen Advisory Board (TAB).  While you are having fun, you also earn community service hours.
