Oakland Public Libraries have a small supply of 1040 forms and instructions. 

If you need federal tax forms, you can get them from the IRS website at www.irs.gov/Forms-&-Pubs or call 800-829-3676.

If you need California tax forms you can get them from www.ftb.ca.gov/forms/ or call 800-338-0505.

Need to print tax forms? Go to oaklandlibrary.org/mobileprint to send your print, then pick them up at an Oakland Public Library Sidewalk Service location. You can call 510-238-3134 if you need more help.
