Many Oakland Public Library branches have meeting rooms available for public use.
Before booking a meeting room, please read our meeting room policy and look at our meeting room fee schedule. Then, download and complete an application for use of meeting rooms.
All meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible. Please see our Meeting Room FAQs here.
If you are interested in reserving the Main Library's auditorium, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. For all other locations, please call the number listed below.
We also have a limited number of smaller meeting rooms, or group study rooms, at the 81st Avenue Branch Library and one that seats at most four, at the Main Library. Please contact each location’s branch manager for details.
