Retire F.R.E.E.: Envisioning the New Game of Your Life
Join Janet Kodish, founder of My UnRetired Life, as she leads us through the Retire F.R.E.E. Framework for creating the retirement of your dreams. Let your heart lead the way to envisioning a life that is playful, engaged, connected, and 100% you.
This workshop is for you if:
- You’ve been working and waiting for your “real life” to begin when you retire.
- You want clarity about what is important for you when you retire - and the confidence to get it.
- You’ve been retired for a while and want to get your “Viva la Retirement!” mojo back.
Come learn a simple technique for shifting out of retirement anxiety and into excitement. Participate in a fun activity to lock-in the feeling of living life on your terms that you can return to whenever self-doubt tries to make your life small.
After retiring from U.C. Berkeley in 2012, Janet discovered her purpose as a certified Life and Retirement Coach. To do that, she had to set herself free from a lifetime of duty to work and family responsibilities. Through small retreats and private coaching, Janet delights in helping people envision the retirement life they’ve been waiting for, release old guilt that gets in the way, and play their new game of life.
