Each week, try a different kind of meditation and find the one that works best for you! The ultimate goal is to ENJOY the time spent. Please bring with you a sense of curiosity and open interest in having an internal adventure.

Light discussion on:
- how energy moves in the body (chakras)
- current brain research - how the brain works & how to navigate it towards the desired end
- clearing up misconceptions about what meditation is
