Successful Business Plans

This seminar is a building block for any small business owner or entrepreneur in search of a simple and sure-fired way to undersand the fundamentals of writing an excellent business plan for their specific business. The business plan is the foundation for profitable growth, raising capital, communicating with employees, vendors, and customers. Without one, the business will often not be well managed and won't be successful.

This is the second of four programs in our "Start Your Own Business" workshop series. Presented by the Alameda County Small Business Development Center, this program series guides you through the necessary steps for starting your own business.
