The Oakland History Room's Fall History Series concludes with author Richard Rothstein who will discuss his new book, "The Color of Law: the forgotten history of how our government segregated America." This book exposes the various ways local, state and federal agencies created policies that created segregated communities across the country. Mr. Rothstein is an Economic Policy Institute research associate and a Haas Institute fellow.
