Tenants' Rights Clinic

E-Government Literacy at the Library and the East Bay Community Law Center present a Tenant’s Rights Clinic. Do you have questions about your rights as a tenant? Lawyer Marc Janowitz  from the East Bay Community Law Center will provide an overview of tenants’ rights in Oakland and answer specific  questions you may have about your living situation.  There will also be a presentation on e-government resources available for learning more about your rights as a tenant.
