Presented by the Alameda County Small Business Development Center, this is the final seminar in a six part series.  This seminar will discuss many of the complex issues associated with Intellectual Property including Copyrights, Trademarks and Patents. You will learn how intellectual property is defined, the rationale, cost and process for registering intellectual property, what constitutes intellectual property infringement, what to do to protect your intellectual property, and how to deal with the ownership of intellectual property in contracts.
