Befriending your Body, Heart and Mind
Susana Renaud, MA has an on-going 'healing trauma' Mindfulness Yoga practice which she focuses on unlearning/decolonizing her body, mind, and spirit. This will be a consecutive series of three Saturdays: April 8, April 15, & April 22, although ok to join anytime. Accessible by Fruitvale BART station.
