Director Billy Woodberry's lyrical documentary film, "And when I die, I won't stay dead," portrays the life and work of the late San Francisco African American "Beat" poet Bob Kaufman. 

The film has been shown at the International Film Festival Rotterdam, opened MOMA's Doc Fortnight, and won Best Investigative Documentary at Doclisboa International Film Festival.
