Lawyers In The Library

Lawyers In The Library offers free legal advice for Oakland residents. The program is co-sponsored by the Alameda County Bar Association (510-893-7160), the Legal Aid Society of Alameda County, and the Asian American Bar Association. If further legal help is required, clients are referred to the Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service.

Sessions are popular and sometimes subject to change. Please call in
advance to confirm before coming to the library.

	The Lawyers In The Library service will be coming to the Temescal Branch in September. It will be held on the first Monday evenings of every month. (Please note that Monday, September 1 is a holiday, and that the session will be held on September 8 instead.)
