Children's Room

The Children's Room is located on the ground floor of the Main Library, and has its own wheelchair accessible entrance. The Children's Room has books, cassettes and other materials for children to borrow for recreational reading, information and homework help. Our focus is on serving children from infancy through eighth grade. Free programs (listed monthly in the Calendar of Events) include:

• Summer Reading Game
• Special events
• The Children's Room offers the free PASS! (Partners for Achieving School Success) program Tuesday-Thursday, 2:30-5:15pm for students in grades 2-8.

Visits and storytimes for daycare and school classes are available by appointment.
