These free, multicultural fairytales, stories, puppet shows, sing-alongs, and more will bring together the whole family at this joyous time of year. A listing of these events follows:

Bonnie Lockhart presents “ Peace, Light, & Chocolate: Holiday Songs from Many Traditions:”
Share the pleasures of the holiday season with sing-along songs from various cultures for children and their families.

Opera Piccola presents Multicultural, Musical Tales for the Holidays.
“Chac, the Rain Spirit” ( Mexico) is an ancient Mayan tale that brings a moving message for today while it involves audiences through captivating Mayan dance. “Hansel & Gretel” ( Germany), Grimm’s famous story, comes to life in an energetic adaptation of Engelbert Humperdinck’s folk opera from 1893.
