(Oakland, CA)—Tanika O'Guinn, a 7th grade student at Claremont Middle School and user of the Rockridge Branch of the Oakland Public Library, is the winner of the 2006 Teen Summer Reading Program Raffle at Oakland Public Library. Tanika has won a brand new home computer donated by PC Professional of Oakland.
