Announcing a Manga/Anime Drawing Contest for Teens
Entry Deadline: Friday, April 21

(Oakland, CA) Teens are invited to draw, paint, or use computer graphics to create an original work of manga or anime, and their work may be selected for prizes and display. The deadline to enter Oakland Public Library’s third annual Manga/Anime Drawing Contest is Friday, April 21.

Participants must be 12 to 19 years old and have an Oakland Public Library card. Entries must be marked with the participant’s name, age, email, current street address, phone number, and Oakland Library barcode number. Only one entry per person. Mail it to “Manga Contest,”  TeenZone/OPL, 125-14th St., Oakland, CA 94612. Or hand it to any staff person at TeenZone, located on the second floor of the Main Library, 125-14th Street. Winners will be announced at Oaklandlibrary.org.
